As shown in the Benefit of Drinking Water page, water is the solvent of all food we eat and the medium in which all chemical reactions related to digestion happen, in order to give us the vital fuel.

When we fool the body with artificial food, the natural metabolic process cannot happen properly, and water cannot do its role. In this case not only we don't get the nutrients we need, but instead we poison ourselves with toxins.

Consequently, our body needs more water to balance and eliminate the unnatural/unhealthy substances, which will leave us in a state of dehydration. If you like to eat artificial food, you should be conscience that you will need to drink more water to supply the loss.

Toxicity is closely related to increase of the acidity level which leads to all kinds of illness and alignments, obesity, hypertension, heart diseases and osteoporosis, been only few of them.

General speaking, acid producing food are all meets an animal product, while all vegetables and fruits are alkaline. We certainly need both categories for a balanced diet.

The main nutrition fact we should be worried about, are additional poisonous aliments made out of artificial ingredients.
