Women's health and beauty are related to drinking water
On average, we lose about 10 cups of water each day through perspiration, breathing, urination and bowel movements. On a typical day without exercise or hot weather. - Most adults need 8-12 cups of water each day.
- There are several times when we need even more:
- In extreme temperatures, either hot or cold, we need more water to regulate body temperature
- Strenuous exercise or work causes increased perspiration, leading to an increase in the amount of fluid we need to drink
- Fever, diarrhea and vomiting increase our water needs to prevent dehydration
- Pregnant women need more water to support their increased blood supply and the growing baby
- Breastfeeding women require additional water to produce sufficient breast milk
Watering Down Your PMS Symptoms
Keeping well-hydrated during the hot summer months is a simple and effective self-help method for women with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), according to Marla Ahlgrimm, R. Phd., founder of PMS Access, a national PMS resource center.
Woman health is related to cleansing the body from toxins:
From the time you are born 'environmental pollutants' are continually entering your body. These environmental pollutants mainly in the form of free radicals damage your organs and glands and thus cause them to produce less of the key chemical agents and nutrients that are necessary to nourish your cell nucleus. This in turn damages your DNA.
A healthy nutrition plus natural dietary supplements can work to cleanse the body. Pure-filtered water, minerals, and natural oils help washing bacteria and toxins out of your body to allow it to detoxify itself. They also help bring the proper pH balance to your body which is important for increasing oxygen in the body and helping the cells function better.

Woman Health: why is seafood a good food choice for pregnant women?
For pregnant and breastfeeding women, seafood makes good nutritional
sense. First, it's a good source of low-fat protein—important when
you're trying to get the most nutritional value for your extra calories.
Second, the type of omega-3 fatty acid known as DHA is thought to be
beneficial to the eyes. Scientists have found that women who ate fatty
fish while pregnant gave birth to children with better visual development.
And, babies of mothers who had significant levels of DHA in their diet
while breastfeeding experienced faster-than-normal eyesight development.
Preliminary research also suggests that a diet rich in omega-3 fatty
acids—DHA in particular—may help decrease the chance of pre
term birth, thus allowing the baby more time for growth and development.
